Mohs surgery is often covered by insurance plans, and Advanced Dermasurgery Associates participates in the large number of plans listed.
Removing any cancerous lesion is considered a medical procedure, not cosmetic, and is usually covered by your insurance.
Please be sure to verify our participation with your plan before you arrive for your first appointment. It is important that we have the correct information from you regarding your plan and coverage.
Advanced Dermasurgery Associates will file all accepted insurance plans.
All co-payments, deductibles and coinsurance are due at time of visit. We appreciate your payment at time of service. You may use your cash, personal check, Visa or Mastercard.
If you need to arrange a payment plan, please ask to speak to a representative from our Business Office. As the patient, you are ultimately responsible for payment.
Do you have a question about insurance coverage and payment? Contact your closest Advanced Dermasurgery Associates location to let us answer your question.
