The patient portal should NEVER be used for urgent or emergent matters. For emergent matters, call 911 or go to your local emergency room. For urgent matters please call our office directly 972-726-6647 (Dallas office) or 972-317-3376 (Highland Village office).
Our staff will give your user ID and password to you during your appointment. Please keep this information in a secure location for future use. New passwords can only be requested in person at our office.
Through the patient portal you will be able to communicate non-emergent matters to our staff members, access labs or biopsy reports released by your provider, view your appointments, update your demographic information, and view your current and past statements.
Please note that a provider will only give medical advice to you at an office visit and not through the patient portal.
The patient portal manages your confidential healthcare information and is HIPAA compliant.
